Location: Mason City, IA (Relocation Available)
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 (guaranteed/not production) + Up to $20K Signing Bonus

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am -5pm

Dentist – SIGNING BONUS - Description

Our client is looking for a Dentist to add to their community practice in Mason City, Iowa. In this role, you will leverage some of the latest in-house dental technologies to offer affordable, quality, and reliable care to underserved communities. The ideal candidate will have a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited college and be passionate about providing patient-first care and working collaboratively in an integrated healthcare environment. Our client is open to hiring new grads or seasoned Dentists. To be successful, you must be a compassionate team player who can assess the unique needs and situation of each patient to identify a suitable treatment plan. Dentist – SIGNING BONUS - Responsibilities

•    Provide personalized and quality dental care services
•    Perform clinical and radiographic evaluation to diagnose and treat oral diseases
•    Identify tooth decay and replace cavities with fillings
•    Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures
•    Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures
•    Educate patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques
•    Prescribe medication as needed
•    Manage medical/dental history with a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s general health
•    Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care
•    Follow treatment plans that include appropriate preventive and restorative therapy
•    Treat all individuals with compassion and dignity
•    Maintain dental charts of clients treated

Dentist – SIGNING BONUS - Qualifications

•    Degree in DDS or DMD from an accredited college or equivalent
•    Basic computer and data entry skills are required
•    Ability to work 100% on-site is required
