Accountant & Finance Manager (Hybrid; English Fluency Req.) Responsibilities

•    Manage annual budgeting, ensure adherence to financial guidelines
•    Submit regular financial reports to hub and head office
•    Oversee compliance with statutory requirements and manage bank access
•    Process salaries, claims, and third-party payments within deadlines
•    Conduct procurement following SA Tourism’s supply chain policy
•    Prepare and manage asset inventory reports, ensure asset maintenance
•    Coordinate recruitment, training, and HR administration activities
•    Facilitate IT problem resolution and tech solution implementations
•    Ensure office meets operational and statutory health and safety standards
•    Handle supplier negotiations and manage office expenditure accurately

Accountant & Finance Manager (Hybrid; English Fluency Req.) Qualifications

•    Degree in accounting/financial management or related required
•    3+ years in Accountancy/Financial Management or related field experience required 
•    2+ years of Financial Systems experience required 
•    Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) required
