Customer Service Coordinator (Insect Control) Description

Customer Service Coordinator (Insect Control) Responsibilities
• Answer and address incoming phone calls
• Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues over the phone
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians
• Schedule appointments and services
• Create work schedules for technicians in the field
• Verify and update information in the system
• Assist with upselling services
Customer Service Coordinator (Insect Control) Qualifications
• Proven office-based customer service experience required
• Scheduling appointments and/or dispatching experience required
• Capable of managing high call volumes required
• Computer proficiency, including managing multiple screens required
• Ability to work onsite required
