Carpentry Project Lead – Millwork (project management or hands-on carpentry req.) Description

Our client is seeking a Project Lead with a background in a production/manufacturing environment to join their team in SW Baltimore, MD. You will be at the helm of custom millwork projects for commercial clients leading from inception to installation, adeptly handling change orders, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with real-time progress. Small projects range from $20,000-$50,000 while larger projects vary from $500,000-$1m. You will typically oversee 1-2 large projects with 2-3 smaller projects at a time making exceptional organization and attention to detail a must to be successful in this role. They’re looking for candidates who have been in a manufacturing/production environment overseeing the execution and installation of custom products so if you’re coming from more of a remodeling background or home builds, this would not be a good fit. •    Hands-on experience building a custom product in a manufacturing environment or project management required
