Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Stock Options + Benefits

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in cost, public, or managerial accounting, along with a proven track record of successfully implementing new accounting systems. Reporting to the CFO, you will be critical in overseeing cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Controller (Excellent ERP Skills req) Responsibilities

•    Oversee critical operational accounting 
•    Lead an accounting team of 10 direct and indirect reports
•    Lead the financial close process monthly, including multiple entities
•    Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management and board of directors
•    Develop and maintain the company’s accounting policies with the CFO
•    Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts
•    Implement procedures ensuring company’s financial systems have adequate internal controls
•    Ensure all accounts are maintained to GAAP standards
•    Oversee the company’s annual financial audit
•    Ensure compliance with income tax, payroll tax, sales & use tax, and other taxes
•    Assist the CFO with financial planning & analysis activities as needed
•    Perform due diligence, integration, and acquisition accounting for mergers & acquisitions
•    Assist with accounting software training, maintenance, and implementation

Controller (Excellent ERP Skills req) Qualifications

•    Accounting Degree required
•    8+ years of Managerial, Public, OR Job Cost Accounting required
•    Extensive knowledge of GAAP required
•    Excellent ERP skills required
•    Ability to travel domestically less than 20%
