Salary: $23 - $25 Hourly ($47,840 -$52,000/yr) + Benefits (Employee Medical 100% covered)

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and orders through various channels, ensuring professionalism and courtesy. You will also manage local buyout item purchases. Order Processing Representative (Mechanical/Electrical; Entry level) Responsibilities

•    Process customer requests and orders  
•    Assist customers in a timely and courteous manner
•    Purchase local buyout items
•    Provide design assistance to meet customer needs
•    Lead the customer toward making a purchase
•    Process customer returns and complete Return Goods Authorizations
•    Maintain accurate and legible customer files 
•    Keep up to date on new products and vendor updates

Order Processing Representative (Mechanical/Electrical; Entry level) Qualifications

•    Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email & in person 
•    Desire to learn a range of industrial, mechanical & electrical products required
•    Computer proficiency required 
•    Ability to work in the office required
