Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Benefits

Cleanroom Supervisor Description

Our client in the electronics manufacturing industry is looking for a Cleanroom Supervisor to add to their team in the Greater Cleveland Metropolitan area. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee all activities within the cleanroom facility, ensure adherence to ISO-13485 standards, and maintain a sterile and controlled environment for manufacturing medical devices. To be successful in this role, you should be a hands-on leader who enjoys collaborating with your team instead of leading from a desk. Cleanroom Supervisor Responsibilities

•    Supervise cleanroom operations 
•    Train, mentor, and guide cleanroom technicians (3)
•    Coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance
•    Conduct regular inspections 
•    Identify and address any deviations or nonconformities 
•    Maintain accurate documentation and records
•    Participate in internal and external audits

Cleanroom Supervisor Qualifications 

•    3+ years of cleanroom experience required
•    Medical device industry (ISO-13485) experience required 
•    Strong understanding of ISO quality management systems required
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
