Cost Accountant (3+ yrs.; Manufacturing exp. req., Excellent Culture) Responsibilities

•    Oversee cost accounting and department operations
•    Produce financial reports, ensuring GAAP compliance
•    Craft annual budget and forecasts
•    Collaborate with auditors for annual audit
•    Manage financial reporting
•    Lead month-end and year-end close processes
•    Supervise billing, accounts payable, and payroll processing
•    Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements
•    Assist with HR tasks

•    Accounting or finance degree required 
•    2+ years of cost accounting experience in Manufacturing required
•    3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required
