Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Bonus

Project Coordinator Description

Our client in the home improvement industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to add to their team in Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the production of all residential jobs, partner with the commercial project coordinator as necessary, and visit client residences to oversee current projects. It will be your responsibility to manage projects from start to finish, following up with both the customer and the production teams on the job sites. You will be given a company car to drive full-time and are encouraged to drive it for personal use. You must engage with clients to succeed in the role, ensuring each project is completed satisfactorily. You will routinely check on all residential projects in process and check in with all team members at each site. Project Coordinator Responsibilities

•    Direct each project through completion, documenting all steps
•    Manage the field crews and oversee work in the field
•    Partner with the commercial project coordinator as necessary
•    Meet with contracted partners to ensure client success
•    Visit client residences to check the status of projects
•    Ensure clients are supported and satisfied
•    Handle complaints professionally and promptly
•    Communicate regularly with team members
•    Run weekly team meetings 

Project Coordinator Qualifications

•    3+ years of experience in a project or production management environment
•    Construction, Paint, Remodel, OR Home Improvement/Design Industry experience preferred
•    Bilingual in Spanish and English required
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
