Administrative Assistant (A/R and/or Invoicing exp. pref.) Description

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to their team in Tigard, OR. In this role you will ensure exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. If you have both experience with A/R and/or invoicing as well as an interest in marketing, you could be a wonderful addition to the team. Ideal candidates will be flexible in a fast-paced work environment, and able to multi-task efficiently. Administrative Assistant (A/R and/or Invoicing exp. pref.) Responsibilities

• Process software and IT license renewals
• Prepare customer quotes
• Place orders for software and hardware
• Assist with A/P invoice entry
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Onboard new customers into systems
• Assist with the technical aspects of social media and blog postings
• Support marketing campaigns and website maintenance
• Maintain customer and prospects’ contact list
• Help cover the reception desk during the receptionist’s breaks and when busy

Administrative Assistant (A/R and/or Invoicing exp. pref.) Qualifications

• 1+ year A/R and/or invoicing experience preferred
• Interest in marketing required
• Must be computer savvy
