Business Development Associate (Restoration Industry exp. pref.) Description

Our client in the restoration industry is looking for a Business Development Associate to add to their team in San Diego, CA. You will be expected to prospect for new business on your own and can supplement your efforts with an existing database as well as industry events. Your goal will be to drive $1mil - $2mil in new business in your first year, with average projects coming in around $125,000. If you have a history of successful sales in the restoration industry, as well as an active and extensive network of viable contacts that you could start calling on your first day, you’d be a great addition to their team. Business Development Associate (Restoration Industry exp. pref.) Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategies
• Drive leads into the business
• Prospect for new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Develop and qualify leads
• Drive business through phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
• Maximize revenue opportunities
• Meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales reporting
• Attend industry functions and public marketing opportunities
• Maintain a high level of sales activity

Business Development Associate (Restoration Industry exp. pref.) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 4+ years sales experience required
• Restoration Industry experience strongly preferred
• New business development experience (and track record) required
• Active & extensive network of viable contacts (HOAs, Adjusters, Insurance Companies) a plus
• CRM experience preferred
