Our client is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to add to their team in Minneapolis, MN. Acting as the primary liaison for assigned clients, you will fulfill their needs through planning and coordinating events, crafting communication materials, building and nurturing successful relationships with their teams and volunteers while overseeing the efficacy of assigned projects. Ideal candidates will have four years of administrative and customer service experience with previous marketing or event experience. To thrive in this role, you must have exceptional relationship building skills with the capacity to effortlessly move from one task to another without comprising efficiency and attention to detail. (Partially-Remote) Client Relations Specialist (must reside in Minnesota) Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve client needs
• Assist with board meetings and marketing efforts
• Manage association programs and services
• Coordinate membership events including marketing and in-person events
• Travel to client outings and provide onsite support
• Review vendor contracts and sustain relationships with affiliates
• Support membership maintenance and enrollment efforts
• Foster key relationships to achieve client satisfaction and overall member retention
• Take ownership of assigned projects and coordinate with team as needed
• Participate in ongoing education opportunities

(Partially-Remote) Client Relations Specialist (must reside in Minnesota) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience required
• Outstanding multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills required
• Superior written and verbal communicant skills required
• Computer savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office and CRM/AMS platforms required
