Business Systems Analyst Description

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to add to their team in Santa Ana, CA. Acting as the main interface between IT and Customer Service, you will assist with the systems/technology that the Operations team uses, ensuring processes and systems in place are effective. If you have strong WMS experience, are technically skilled and enjoy solving problems you could be a great addition to their team. Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities

• Support operations with technology
• Assist with internal and client-facing needs
• Interface between IT and Customer Service
• Create and prioritize support tickets and requests
• Troubleshoot issues to identify problems
• Review common requests
• Build or request tools to address needs
• Integrate with clients’ WMS
• Monitor processes and data flow into and out of WMS
• Address errors and work to fix issues in a timely fashion
• Format files for use by Operations team
• Help resolve issues with common applications
• Help extend the reach of IT by being first touch point
• Evaluate current and new systems and applications for effectiveness
• Train staff on missing and incorrect processes associated with technology
• Help develop KPI reporting for Operations and Management team
• Identify IT system needs and shortfalls

Business Systems Analyst Qualifications

• 5+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience within a fulfillment, distribution, eCommerce and/or retail environment required
• WMS experience required
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Must be tech savvy
