Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Healthcare Provider Specialist to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers work from home flexibility with in-office expectations at times throughout each month so ideal candidates will live within driving distance to Milwaukee. Reporting to the Director of Provider Services, you will be responsible for onboarding new providers to their network, understanding their offerings, and preserving their contract commitment while ultimately serving as their point of contact for all their needs. Beyond the bullets below, our client is looking for a candidate who can easily build relationships with key partners and understands what it takes to keep people happy. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable speaking with various healthcare professionals from doctors to hospital administrators with clarity and confidence leading to a high retention rate as well as upgrades from their initial offered services. (Partially-Remote) Healthcare Provider Specialist Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with providers
• Onboard new providers and develop a deep understanding of their needs
• Maintain data in the CRM and portal and continuously check for updates
• Ensure accurate NPIs, locations, service offerings, etc. are correctly documented
• Assess client needs for additional services and contact providers to source further offerings
• Serve as a primary contact for providers to ensure their satisfaction and commitment
• Consistently follow up with network to discuss utilization levels and any concerns
• Confirm contracts and pricing are updated
• Assist with the design, refinements, and execution of best practices for implementation
• Communicate with providers regarding new members and assist with any inquiries
• Offer feedback to management team to help guide product development

(Partially-Remote) Healthcare Provider Specialist Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRMs required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience required
• Background corresponding with healthcare administrators or management a plus
