Bilingual Recruiter Description

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join their growing team Montgomery County, PA. This is an in-office position. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing full cycle recruiting efforts that result in the onboarding of talented, qualified team members. Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in Spanish with a minimum of three years of recruiting experience in both exempt and non-exempt roles. Additionally, you must have a background placing higher salaried positions (engineers, regional sales roles, etc.) in addition to hourly workers. To be successful in this role, you must be an organized, attentive self-starter who can develop tools and metrics to ensure successful talent acquisition which inherently drives company growth. Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and track goals for the recruiting and onboarding processes
• Organize and employ college recruiting initiatives
• Support administrative duties and data entry
• Compile data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
• Screen and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions
• Schedule meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss recruiting efforts
• Participate in recruiting events to represent and share the company brand
• Build and nurture a pool of qualified applicants in advance of need
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, etc.
• Research and offer new sources for active and passive outreach

Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles required
• Verbal and written fluency in Spanish & English required
• Experienced filling higher salaried positions ($100,000+) required
• Well-versed utilizing Paylocity or related ATS software required
• Background in Human Resources as a generalist or a related role preferred
