(Partially-Remote) Medical Services Coordinator (must reside in WI) Description

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Medical Services Coordinator to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers work from home flexibility with in-office expectations at times throughout each month so you must live within driving distance to Milwaukee. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new providers where there are currently no contracts in that region. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role with a background in the healthcare industry. You must be tenacious and persuasive with the ability to easily pivot from one task to another to be successful in this role and earn commissions through outbound calling. (Partially-Remote) Medical Services Coordinator (must reside in WI) Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Member Services team to identify new provider agreements
• Examine physician orders/referrals to determine validity
• Identify needed services and strategize outreach
• Create new relationships through passive calling and persuasive language
• Research new healthcare providers
• Evaluate the quality of new partners to determine long-term viability
• Oversee paperwork for new contracts
• Update CRM to maintain accurate, detailed notes of each patient
• Ensure proper cross-functional communication
• Complete and sustain all HIPAA and other compliance training
• Adhere to HIPAA standards

(Partially-Remote) Medical Services Coordinator (must reside in WI) Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRMs required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Healthcare industry experience required
