Administrative Assistant (property management exp. pref.) Description

You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with administrative support and client engagement. You will provide insight into planning and enhancing current procedures and assisting overall operations. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of administrative experience with superior customer service and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role, you must be a well-organized team-player who is receptive to learning new things and can multi-task to get each task completed in a timely manner. Administrative Assistant (property management exp. pref.) Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry, accounting tasks, and reporting
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns to sustain positive relationships
• Ensure service complaints and have rectified or escalated
• Help monitor inventory and cash flow
• Keep site managers and staff apprised of updated on operational changes
• Travel to local site to oversee operations as needed
• Support client communication through email correspondence and website
• Provide feedback on current processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with General Manager and leadership to increase facilities and services

Administrative Assistant (property management exp. pref.) Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience required
• Computer savvy with familiarity navigating Excel required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Background in real estate or property management preferred
• Accounting and/or experience with QuickBooks or Paychex a plus
• Answer number 7 to the third applicant question
• 10% local travel required
