Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team to oversee their Iowa and Nebraska market. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business as well as providing support to an existing client base. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of sales experience in the technology sector. A “hunter” mentality is a must to help grow this limitless market. To be successful in this role, you must execute a value-added selling approach to be a strategic problem-solver for your clients rather than only selling on price and availability. • Identify and close new business opportunities
• Travel to find prospective clients and schedule meetings
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Interface with internal and external customers
• Utilize effective presentation skills to present new and existing products
• Recommend products and add-ons to existing deals
• Provide on-the-job support and assist with technical inquiries
• Document all sales activities and intelligence in CRM
• Identify industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer's specific needs
• Offer business development ideas and communicate trends
• Collaborate with additional sales team and leadership
• Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs

• 2+ years of technology sales experience required
• 2+ years of outside sales experience required
• Deep understanding of solution selling required
• Strong technical aptitude required
• Proven track record of closing new business deals required
• CRM experience required
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required
• Willingness/ability to travel each day as needed
