Customer Service and IT Support Representative Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service and IT Support Representative to add to their team in Westminster, Colorado. You will support the Head of IT and the Chief Technology Officer who acts as the head of technical support. This a blended role splitting a portion of your time handling inbound calls while the rest of your time will be spent focused on technical support and troubleshooting duties. If you are tech savvy, love solving lots of problems for customers, and have a positive attitude, you could be a great addition to the team. Customer Service and IT Support Representative Responsibilities

• Outbound courtesy calls to customers, new prospects and resellers
• Answer inbound customer support calls
• Route inquiries to the sales or support staff
• Provide internal administrative and technical support
• Provide software installation for customers, prospects and resellers
• Trouble shoot customer issues, as needed
• Update and enter data into company database
• Keep detailed customer records and notes in the CRM
• Capture customer testimonials
• Follow up on leads
• Device configuration; getting wireless devices working on a network
• Prepare computers for internal use and provide user support

Customer Service and IT Support Representative Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• 1+ years of IT/technical support experience required
• Windows operating system knowledge required
• Networking configuration experience required
• Scripting language knowledge/experience required
• Zoho experience a plus
• Must be tech savvy
