Business Development Executive Description

Our client, a national ATM and Cash Automation company, specializing in helping financial institutions and retailers use the latest technology to automate cash handling, is looking for a Business Development Executive to add to their team. To thrive in this role, you must be motivated and have a proven track record of success selling to financial institutions, credit unions and retailers. Business Development Executive Responsibilities

• Generate new business by helping financial institutions drive efficiencies and control costs
• Manage the sales process by providing cash automation solutions, including outsourced ATM services, Cash Recyclers (TCRs), and Smart Safes
• Develop sales and marketing strategies targeting financial institutions, credit unions and retailers
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain sales KPIs using company’s CRM
• Maintain lasting relationships with customers and prospects

Business Development Executive Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales required
• 3+ years of experience selling to financial institutions required
• Experience with Branch Automation, ATMs, Cash Recyclers (TCR’s) and/or Smart Safes required
• 3+ years of developing sales forecasts and reports preferred
• 3+ years of demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas preferred
• Proficiency with CRMs preferred
