Customer Service Manager Description

Our client in the consumer goods industry is looking for a Customer Service Manager to add to their team in West Hollywood, CA. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of customer service representatives. Our client is looking for someone with customer service management experience with prior experience using a ticketing system software experience. To be successful in the role, you must be enthusiastic, a problem solver and have a high amount of initiative. Customer Service Manager Responsibilities

• Grow customer retention
• Create operating procedures
• Manage and update the CRM system
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service
• Troubleshoot customer service issues
• Make suggestions on customer service improvements

Customer Service Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service representative experience required
• Management experience required
• Ticketing software administrative experience required, Zendesk experience preferred
• ERP system experience strongly preferred, NetSuite experience a plus
• Shopify experience a plus
