CRM Administrator Description

Our client in the events services industry is looking for a CRM Administrator to add to their team in Boulder, CO. You will take the technical lead with all things related to the CRM and be the trusted partner for the Sales and Marketing teams. You will tackle a variety of complex business problems on a daily basis and drive performance analytics. To be successful in this role, you must be organized, resourceful, confident and flexible. CRM Administrator Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain CRM data quality
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Support the Sales Team and Sales Team initiatives
• Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with departments to integrate other business tools and applications
• Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency & adoption

CRM Administrator Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ months experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM required
• Operational and strategic proficiency with a CRM required
• Experience in managing system or software changes required
• Excel reporting, and analytics experience preferred
• HubSpot or Salesforce certification a plus
