Customer Service Representative Description

Our client, a growing industrial automation supplier, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to their team. You will engage customers to assess their needs and provide knowledgeable service. To be successful in this role, you must have great communication skills and work well with others. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm, with a path towards leading the Customer Service Team.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and communicate with customers and vendors
• Help technical service department troubleshoot issues
• Specify new and/or replacement equipment
• Submit quotes to customers
• Enter customer orders
• Grow into managing the Customer Service Team

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required
• 3+ years of Distribution, Manufacturing or Industrial experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience with inventory management software preferred
