Payroll Administrator (Union Payroll Exp. Req.) Description

Our client in the Facilities Services industry is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to add to their team in Buck’s County, PA. This is an onsite position with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. In this position, you will process weekly payroll for non-union and union employees while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Payroll Administrator (Union Payroll Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

•    Process weekly payroll for all employees; non-union & union
•    Responsible for union reporting, payroll taxes, and other reporting requirements 
•    Review labor hours for accuracy and timely processing
•    Prepare certified payroll data and upload into payroll software for approval
•    Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll reports, including union reporting
•    Reconcile federal and state liability accounts 
•    Responsible for payroll adjustments for work orders and job costs
•    Verify withholdings for accuracy
•    Provide support with unemployment inquiries
•    Track child support requirements and payments as needed
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams on a daily basis

Payroll Administrator (Union Payroll Exp. Req.) Qualifications

•    5+ years of payroll experience is required
•    Experience processing payroll for unionized employees is required
•    Basic MS Office Skills, including sorting & formatting in Excel, is required
•    Tech-Savvy and able to utilize business tools to drive efficiency is required
•    Stable work history is required
